Knights of Columbus – Council 11136

Who We Are:

The Knights of Columbus at St. Francis de Sales—Council 11136—is a dynamic brotherhood of Catholic men committed to charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism. As part of the world’s largest Catholic fraternal organization, our local council is deeply rooted in service to our Pastor, the community, and the Universal Church.

Who Can Join:

Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to men 18 years of age or older who are practical (that is, practicing) Catholics in union with the Holy See.

What We Offer:

The Knights offer many wonderful, faith-filled, and inspiring programs for men and their families to continue to know, love, and serve God. We contribute time and resources to support a wide range of activities including faith programs such as vocations support and the rosary program; family programs such as Oktoberfest and Pancake Breakfasts; community programs such as Coats for Kids and the Free Throw Contest; and life programs such as March for Life and Virginia Special Olympics. Whether preparing meals, leading prayer initiatives, or serving behind the scenes, the Knights strive to put faith into action. We collaborate with several parish ministries in the execution of many of our events.

What We Ask:

Whatever time, talents, and treasures you can share to further our mission of service to our Pastor, parishioners, and the Universal Church. Even if you can give only one hour a year, you are invited to join our Council.
